How it works
First we look. Then we fix exactly what we found.
The check and the work are the same four things. That is deliberate: you should be able to run the check again after 21 days and see the difference yourself.
First, we look
A minute of real searches, from your own address.
You tell us the practice
You pick it from Google's listing. We use its name, address and location. No account, no form.
We ask what patients ask
Five questions, typed the way a patient types them, to Google AI Overview, ChatGPT and Gemini with web search on.
We search Maps from your address
All-on-4, full arch and dental implants in your city. Your listing is recognised by its Google ID, never by its name.
We read your reviews and load your site
Implant mentions in recent reviews, you against the three above you. Your site opened and timed on a phone.

What AI told a patient
The exact answer to "best full-arch implant dentist" in your city, with your name in it or not.

How often your name comes up
Five questions patients actually type, across Google, ChatGPT and Gemini. If someone else is named in most of them, we say who.

Who patients see first on Maps
The three practices a patient sees before scrolling, searched from your own address. Then where you sit.

What your reviews give AI to quote
How many of your recent reviews mention implants, next to the practices above you.
Every number carries its source, query, time and a link to the raw result. If a source does not answer in time, we say so instead of guessing. The practice shown is a fictional sample.
Then, we fix
Four dated fixes. You keep all of it.
Reviews, a full-arch page, your Google listing, and speed. Each lands on a date you can hold us to. After the first 90 days the pages, the listing and the data are yours whether you stay or not.
- Week 1
Every implant patient gets a review request.
Reviews that describe the treatment are what AI and Maps quote. We put the ask into your existing follow-up, within Google's review rules.
- Day 14
A page for each case you want more of goes live, full-arch first.
Each one answers cost, candidacy, process and financing in plain words. Built to be read by patients first and by AI second.
- Day 14
Your Google listing is built out for those cases.
Categories, services, photos, and the same name, address and phone everywhere it appears. The listing is what Maps ranks and what AI reads first.
- Day 21
Your site loads in under 2.5 seconds on a phone.
We fix what the measurement shows: images, scripts, hosting. Then we measure again and show you the number.
- Day 90
8 qualified consults booked, or month three is free.
The guarantee is about booked consults only. We do not promise rankings, revenue, case acceptance or treatment outcomes.
-
Which questions do you ask the AI engines?
Five, with your city's name: best full-arch implant dentist, All-on-4 cost, best All-on-4 dentist near, dental implants reviews, and same-day teeth. The lead question goes to Google AI Overview; the rest are split across ChatGPT and Gemini with web search on. You see each question, the engine, and whether you were named.
-
Why do my results differ from what I see on my own phone?
Google personalizes Maps and AI answers by location, device and history, and AI answers change from run to run. The check searches from your practice's coordinates at a fixed zoom and records the time, so it is one honest sample, not a promise of what every patient sees. The evidence links let you open the same search.
-
How long does it take?
The first AI answer usually lands within ten seconds. Maps and the site check follow within half a minute. Review text can take a minute or two to collect, so the review screen waits for it and the rest of the check does not.
-
What happens after the check?
Nothing, unless you want it to. You can send the result to your email, hold your market for 72 hours while you decide, or book a 15-minute call. All three are optional and the hold is free.
