What we collect, and why.

This covers the Dentivize website and the Market Check. It is written to be read, not skimmed past.

What the check uses

• The practice you pick from Google's listing: its public name, address, phone, website, rating and review count.
• Public Google Maps results, Google AI Overview text, ChatGPT and Gemini answers, public Google reviews, and your website's public pages and PageSpeed result.

What you may give us

• Your name, email and optionally a mobile number, only when you book a call, hold a market, ask for the check by email, or use the contact form. We store the consent line you saw and when you agreed.
• Questions you type to the on-screen copilot, kept for 30 days for quality review.

What we never collect

No patient data of any kind. The copilot does not ask for, store or discuss any patient's health information. Please do not include patient information in any message to us.

Cookies and analytics

The site sets no advertising cookies. A page-view analytics script hosted by Centauri Systems records which pages are visited so we can see what is read. The check keeps one value in your browser so the opening sequence plays once. Nothing in it identifies you to us.

Who sees it

Dentivize staff. A completed check is stored with the practice's public name and phone so we can follow up. Data is processed by Netlify (hosting), DataForSEO (search data), Google (Places, PageSpeed), Anthropic (copilot) and Resend (email).

Opting out

Reply to any email from us and we stop. Write to the address in that email, or use the contact form, to have your details deleted.
