These terms mirror the offer sheet that every number on the Market Check reads from. The values are set by Dentivize and may be updated before an agreement is signed.

Fee

A flat management fee that starts at $2,500 a month and is set by scope before an agreement is signed. Dentivize never charges a percentage of a patient's fee or a per-patient fee.

Scope of the work

The pages, reviews, listings and site speed that Google Maps and AI answers draw on. Dentivize does not run paid campaigns.

Term

90 days, then month to month. The practice keeps the pages, the Google listing and the data.

Guarantee

8 qualified consults booked in the first 90 days, or month three is free. A qualified consult is a booked appointment with a patient who asked about a treatment the practice chose to be found for, implants and full-arch first, and confirmed they are a candidate for a consultation. The practice's side: answer leads within five minutes during office hours, and keep consult slots open within a week.

Market hold

One practice per market, where a market is the practice's ZIP code and the 8 miles around it. A hold reserves the market for 72 hours, is free, and carries no obligation.

What is not promised

No ranking, revenue, case acceptance or treatment outcome. AI answers and search results vary from run to run; the check is a sample on the day it ran.
