No. The management fee is flat. We never charge a percentage of a patient's fee or a fee per patient, lead or consult.

No. We build the pages, reviews, listings and site speed that Google Maps and AI answers draw on, and that work keeps sending patients after the term. Growth you own, not traffic you rent.

They have more reviews than me. How can you guarantee consults in 90 days?
We do not promise to out-review anyone, and the guarantee does not depend on it. Reviews are one of four inputs and the slowest to move. The two that move fastest are the treatment page and the Google listing, and most of the practices above you have no page that answers cost, financing and candidacy in plain words. That page is what AI quotes and what a patient with that exact question lands on. Consults in the first 60 days come from being the clear answer to the specific questions patients type: cost, financing, same-day teeth, near me. If that does not produce eight booked consults, month three is free. The risk is ours, not yours.
